The wedding story of Emily & Frank

Emily and Frank’s momentous occasion took place on April 27th with the wedding ceremony in  Aurora  and the reception in Addison at Venuti’s.  The big day started off photographing Emily and her bridesmaids getting ready at her parents’ house. It was a beautiful dwelling with plenty of spots perfect for photo opportunities, not to mention the sentimental value associated with her childhood home.
Following the initial photo session, everyone made their way to the wedding ceremony which took place at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Aurora.  Sunlight peered through the spectacular stained glass windows, illuminating the church, adorned with a simple white runner. Emily’s proud father walked her down the aisle where she met with Frank for the first time that day. His eyes were fixed on his beautiful bride; he couldn’t help but smile wide. They had a memorial candle as well as a unity candle and peace roses for the mothers. The blessing was given from the priests and the couple was declared Mr. and Mrs.
The newlyweds and their bridal party consisting of 8 girls and 8 guys, headed over for wedding photography in Naperville’s Riverwalk.  Emily wanted photos on her favorite  bridge on Naperville river walk and also next to the river. Her bridal party came with some photo ideas like taking a shot while jumping and running down grassy hills. The couple posed here for stunning photographs which were enhanced with the bride’s long veil. During this time, the martini cocktail hour was taking place at Venuti’s Banquets in Addison.
The reception hall was fantastically decorated and even had draped ceilings and an impressive staircase where group photos were taken. Once they were ready, the DJ introduced the bridal party which was welcomed by a celebration-ready joyous crowd. What kind of Polish wedding would it be without Polish songs? The father of the bride and her uncle sang in their native tongue and there was Italian music too. After the cake cutting, an incredible sweet table was presented for the guests’ enjoyment while they danced the night away. The wedding venue Venuti’s  in Addison was the home and the happy ending to Emily and Frank’s marriage reception.
