Hotel Lincoln Wedding with Jessica and Brandon

Heading to Lincoln Hotel in Chicago for Jessica and Brandon’s wedding, I knew that it was going to be an extraordinarily special day. This gorgeous, incredibly in-love couple met online and soon planned a sweet, intimate wedding shared between themselves and their family and closest friends.

As photographers we adore to have brides that are always looking forward to taking pictures with us and trust our creative decisions. That was Jessica! As soon I arrived at the hotel we started with the first look, which took place on the JP Parker rooftop of Lincoln Hotel.

Next we headed to Lincoln Park for the photo session of the bride, groom, and bridal party. It was expected to rain that day and both the photo session and ceremony were supposed to be held outside. With the magic of this special day, the rain did not start until the ceremony ended and everyone was safe inside enjoying the reception!

I find that one of the best things about intimate weddings is that they lend themselves to especially tender moments. These weddings are less stressful and more ‘go with the flow’, and that’s exactly what the vibe was on this beautiful day in June. I’ll leave you with a few more of my favorite moments from the day, and with a big congrats to the newlyweds!
