Hilton Chicago Northbrook Wedding Photos

Mary and John Wedding Photo Portraits Chicago and Wedding Reception at Hilton Northbrook

These two met at met at Rush hospital on the COVID unit where they work as nurses.  Their first date was after a few months of friendship was not only exciting for both of them, but also the older nurses on the unit who had teased them for months. We took their engagement photos in Algonquin

They got ready in separate rooms at Hilton Chicago in Northbrook then saw each other for the first time as bride and groom at St. Mary of Angels in Buck town Chicago.

We love the classic, formal wedding inside of a church. It just feels so pure and theatric. I love the pews, the pulpit, the architecture, the incredible art. Mary and John’s wedding took place at St. Mary of the Angels in Chicago, which is a historic catholic church. St. Mary of the Angels parish was organized in 1899.

Since, there was plenty time after the church, Mary and John decide to offer their friend a little treat at the Piece Brewery in Bucktown.

As soon as everyone had some food we moved to the windy city to get some wedding portraits.Since we were at the Wrigley Building, we wanted to make sure we took advantage of the beautiful background.  Last stop was at the Adler Planetarium where we caught an amazing dramatic light and wonderful sunset over Chicago skyline.

Isn’t that the sweetest story? We headed towards Hilton Chicago in Northbrook to start the party!

You guys are going to rock this whole being married thing. Thanks for sharing your day with us!
