Wedding at The BRIX on the Fox with Kali and Matt
I met Kali and Matt for the first time when I took their engagement photos at Lincoln Park and we had such a good time. Clark, their furry baby was part of the engagement session. That’s how I met Connie – Kalis’mom, as well! She made sure that Clark was taken care of it during the engagement shoot.
What a great day we had at The Brix! Kali and her bridesmaids arrived shortly after 9:00Am andstarted getting ready. Matt and Kali did the first look across the Brix and by the Fox River. Then, we all took off for some portraits with the couple around the Fox River and West Dundee.
The wedding was flawless, partly in thanks to wedding planner Wendy and her assistant Kirstin for planning the amazing day! She is one of the best wedding planners in NW Suburbs. We were able to work together to get the best photos possible of the couple’s special day. Also, she made sure we got everything we need to be able to get all the need it shots.
The Ceremony took place in the main room at The Brix. The officiant was pastor Greg, family friend.
The reception was so much fun! Everyone loved the food catered by Uncle Bubs BBQ. The food was just amazing!
Kali and Matt danced their first dance to, which was played by the Hats band. The band made the night incredible! Every single guest was dancing till the end of the wedding!

This is a lovely couple captured so well at one of my favorite wedding venues.
