Mary & Frank – Wedding Photography Villa Olivia in Bartlett IL
We first started at Mary’s parent’s house where she got ready with her friends. The bride wore a traditional white wedding dress with a veil and the bridesmaids wore bright blue dresses.
The groom was getting ready at the Hyatt Hotel in Hoffman Estates, IL.
As they were waiting for the ladies, we had some fun in the hotel lobby and took a couple of photos of everyone hanging out together.Frank and his groomsmen wore bright blue ties and handkerchief.
Villa Olivia did a wonderful job setting up the outdoor spot where Officiant Father Gregory Zimmerman would speak. When all of the guests arrived, Father Gregory entered the ceremony followed by the bridal party and then the bride on her father’s arm.
When everyone was ready, we moved the wedding photography to Villa Olivia, Bartlett, which is where the ceremony and reception took place. Villa Olivia is a very beautiful venue. We have photographed weddings here in the past and we knew the location well.
. Father Gregory did an excellent job welcoming everyone to the wedding and there was a moment of silence for the opening prayer. When the ceremony was done, everyone went to congratulate the couple and then we were ready for the family portraits.
When we finished with the family portraits, we had an exclusive photo session with just the bridal party on the golf course at Villa Olivia
and then continued on with just Mary and Frank alone.There was a lot of laughter and smiles while we were photographing the bridal party and the newly wed couple together. When we were alone with the couple, they walked side by side along the golf course and we stopped for a mini session by the lake.
After that, it was off to the cocktail party, which had an introduction of the couple, cake cutting, speeches, and then dinner.
Mary’s father delivered an amazing speech about his daughter and it was a bit emotional for everyone there.
. After dinner, there was a father/daughter and mother/son dance and the night ended with everyone dancing and having fun.
We were able to enjoy the sunset and we took some sunset wedding photos with the bride and groom.

This Villa Olivia wedding in Barlett, IL is just stunning. What a perfect location for a ceremony! There is so much variety in this gallery. You did a fantastic job on this outdoor ceremony. It's hard to choose a favorite, but I definitely love the ones where the mother of the bride and groom are doting on their children. That is just precious that you were able to capture the same pose with each of them. Great job!
