We have photographed several surprise marriage proposals in the city of Chicago but none in the suburbs!
So, I was very excited when Charles called, few weeks ago. He was planning a surprise marriage proposal for Heather. He saw some of our surprise proposal post from Chicago and decide to contact us.
Charles was trying to decide between Northbrook or Long Grove. Finally, he decided to do the proposal in Long Grove on Saturday before Easter while visiting Heather’s family.
We were pretending to do a portrait session in the Long Grove park, away from the gazebo. Heather did not notice our presence. As soon as we saw Charles and Heather by the gazebo it was the sign for getting ready.
It was such beautiful sight seeing! What can be so emotional?
As we found from the couple, they met each other online and have been together for more than a year. These two are real naturals in front of the camera. Their good looks, fabulous outfit choices and their genuine love for each other made this photo shoot, one to remember!
