Daniel and Kathryn wedding at Rose Angelis Chicago on a rainy day
Daniel and Kathryn had a lovely wedding at Rose Angelis restaurant in Chicago. It was an excellent ceremony and I can’t wait to share these lovely photos that were taken over the weekend. I came a bit early to photograph both the bride and the bridesmaids get ready. The girls put on lip gloss and got their hair professionally done. The wedding was themed with fantastic blue and white colors and even the groom wore a blue tie. The bride was wearing a beautiful wedding dress and had beautiful deep blue heels on.
Daniel and Kathryn had both their wedding ceremony and reception at Rose Angelis and I was really glad I was able to share their special moment with them. The couple hosted a small wedding with only a few close friends and relatives joining the ceremony. The officiant began the ceremony and everyone was just ecstatic to see the couple tying the knot. The ceremony was held outdoors and the sun was shining in all the right places.
After the ceremony the reception had been held. The tables were beautifully decorated and the deep blue was very pleasing to look at and it really picked up well on the camera. The cake was enhanced with real yellow flowers and deep blue icing detailing all along the cake.
The wedding ended with a trip on the trolley to Chicago downtown, trip offered to the guest by the groom and the bride. As we were heading towards the city it started to rain but that didn’t stop the bride and the groom to walk at Magnificent Mile and let me to capture some great wedding photos in the rain.
This was a bit of challenge to do wedding photos on a rainy day around Chicago.
The next stop was at the Adler Planetarium to show to the “out of state”guests the beautiful skyscrapers line of Chicago. Everyone really had a blast visiting such a special places – Adler Planetarium, Magnificent Mile and Michigan Lake.
The couple was a bit worried at first that the weather would ruin their day, but they had great spirits the entire time and they enjoyed every moment of their special day.
